    A program is eligible for Educational Program Membership if it provides direct educational services to deaf and hard of hearing students. Dues, number of Voting Representatives, and number of Associate Members are determined by the number of students in the program. See table.

    The CEASD membership year begins July 1st and ends June 30th. Dues are not pro-rated.

    Programs automatically have Associate Members added, based on the number of Voting Representatives. Programs with five Voting Members are eligible to have five Associate Members, Programs with four Voting Members are eligible to have four Associate Members, and so on. Associate Members have no voting privileges, but receive mailings and other communications and a discount on registration fees for conferences.
